Just listen to how your body reacts, don't take an AI just because your on test. Most people their first cycle don't even need AI's like Armidex etc. Especially on a light dose like 250mg a week, if I were you I would just see how your body reacts. If you aren't able to get bloodwork while on cycle, check for things like nipple sensitivity, mood swings or water retention .

(You'll most likely experience some water retention your first few weeks on test aromatizing in your body so don't mistake this for you needing an AI.)

Additionally, if I were you I'd honestly wait until your 18 to hop on but if you insist, make sure to get the basic supplements/vitamins down to protect health long-term.

just base it off symptoms, use AI if you have high e2 symptoms but only really unmanageable ones. Don't spam AI just cause u have some bloat or some nipple sensitivity, low e2 is worse than high e2.
