aromasin > arimidex pretty much always, bro.

arimidex just temporarily blocks aromatase, so once you stop it, rebound hits and your E2 spikes again. aromasin (exemestane) is suicidal, meaning it permanently binds to and destroys the enzyme, way smoother control, no rebound, and doesn’t tank your lipids or IGF-1 as hard.

if you’re just on 5iu GH and not running test, you don’t even need an AI though. GH doesn’t aromatize. only time you’d add aromasin is if you’re stacking test or noticing legit high-E2 sides (bloat, gyno, mood swings). otherwise, you’re just nuking estrogen for no reason, and low E2 will make your joints ache and kill your look.

tl;dr: aromasin if you need one, 12.5mg 2-3x/week max. if you’re on GH only don’t bother.
