Hi i'm late 15 and want to heightmax and puberty max.
Which ai is better arimidex or aromasin?
My plan is to delay growth plate closure now and use hgh in summer
I will be using a mild dose if i do use ai
Which ai is better in terms of side effects, ability to delay growth plate closure and also dimorphism (like growing dick)

Instead of worrying about your growth plates closure, do an xray, see how opened it is, and optimize your growth instead of taking risks and having crazy side effects for little to no effects.

Arimidex is better and considered the gold standard because half-life is longer, and you can get it from India Mart

Everybody has to evaluate if its worth it for them.

Instead of worrying about your growth plates closure, do an xray, see how opened it is, and optimize your growth instead of taking risks and having crazy side effects for little to no effects.

Definitely true, everybody should get bloodwork and xray if they consider HGH.

HGH will not give you dimorphism on its own. You will just develop faster. so if you have high Test you will get more dimorphism fast. if you have high e2 you will get wider hips and less masculine features.

arimidex has more direct side effects on HDL and is worse on bones
Unlike Aromasin has less sides and it gentler on bones,
A potentially mixed thing abt Aromasin is that it can easily cross blood-brain barrier so if your e2 gets too low it's more harmful
Aromasin is also better in the sense you don't get estrogen rebound because it kills the enzymes until it's recreated (usually 1 week)
Arimidex has a day longer half life but doesn't really help because it's a non-suicidal inhibitor

So if you don't know what you're doing take arimidex but if u understand dosing and have occasional blood work Aromasin EASILY mogs

Personally 6.25mg ED or EOD Aromasin

yeah ofc, watch e2 first couple days though and adjust dosing depending on how you feel especially
also for starters if u don't feel like mearuing estrogen levels you can vaguely guess it (not recommended) with your body
high bf% means higher estrogen
gyno probably means high estrogen
low libido & ED means high estrogen

but

anxiety and depression can happen with too low e2
weight gain and dry skin as well

That would be very hard to do if possible at all since estrogen does so much for your brain

But if had a gun to my head and had to answer id say cerebrolysin to make up for estrogens effects through growth pathways like pi3k/akt and MAPK, some mexidol and nac for the anti immaflamatry benefits and mitocondrial help and oxadative stress, but youd still be stuck with some problems with neurotransmitter so some anti depressants like buprupione+snri

Both, the brain does rely a lot on circulating estrogen but some locally as well as pretty much all fat specifically but most tissues make E to some degree but most fat is just subq fat, even if it didnt cross the bbb it would be pretty bad but slightly better

arimidex dosing is different it is 0.25/0.5/1mg arimidex relative to 6.25/12.5/25mg for aromasin.

I am tanner stage 4.3, 17, and just want to prolong my growth plate closure abit, even though im not sure im even growing anymore
