Is there any way to simply cycle in theory just arimidex for like 2 months and then cycle off without rebound and how would I do this?

In theory, seems so. Firstly, when you crash E2 with an AI, your body upregulates aromatase to compensate. Then you stop the AI suddenly, aromatase is still elavated, but now it's unopposed, so E2 spikes hard. You've gotta taper it. Don't just cold turkey it if you've been on it for 4+ weeks.

For example, after 2 months, have something like the following:

1. Week 1: 0.25mg E3D
2. Week 2: 0.125mg E3D
3. Week 3: 0.0625mg once or twice, then stop

You don't need PCT unless you've suppressed your test and have concerns.
