Should I cut first or just hop on straight away

I'm 90kg and i'm bouta hop on should i cut few more kilos then hop on or just hop on straight away?
My cycle is 400mg of test e 200mg 2x a week and 20mg of anavar and arimidex .25 2x a week
It's novemebr i wanna know if I should cut and stay on reta as im on now or hop off reta and hop on test straight away idk what to pick icl
