This is really depended on what you are running; if you take arimidex alone you're risking a lot no matter your age.
Normally, you take arimidex or any ai when you see the need for it (specifically in your blood work).
It will allow more free form testosterone as most won't be converted to estrogen, this really only happens when exogenous testosterone is introduced into the blood. Naturally, you will simply crash your estrogen and destroy all your bonemass
Get a panel done your dose will depend on your e2 levels and symptoms, start real low .5 maybe higher but only if you know you have high e2 and check a-dione
