Arm acne

I seem to get more acne on my arms/ back rather than on my face has anyone found a remedy for this issue?

isotretinoin is pretty intense tbh and it might cause more side effects than you're used to if you're not already on acne meds. usually the stuff that works for body acne is similar to what helps with face acne so start by washing your back in lukewarm water with a gentle cleanser twice a day, once after workouts or anything sweaty, then moisturizing afterwards (some people find lotion can actually irritate it more) and try an anti-inflammatory cream like hydrocortisone 1% if bumps are persistent. honestly most of the time improving diet, managing stress, sleeping enough, exercise, and drinking water helps just as much so dont neglect those fundamentals

Thanks for the help and advice I’ll definitely try out the basic stuff first. I’ve never been on any acne meds so I guess I shouldn’t just jump straight into that.
