Arm wrestling

Does anyone know techniques in arm wrestling that one can use to beat bigger and/or stronger opponents, break their arms and send them to hospital? I want to do that on other's, since it's not even illegal, if both parties consent to the arm wrestling match and then break their arms as a result, it's considered an accident
