ARMODAFINIL
Armodafinil is a drug which is promoted to increase wakefulness it is also a central nervous system stimulant it works by selectively modulating specific neural circuits in the brain to sustain wakefulness, and its pharmacological structure makes it a more efficient and long-lasting option compared to modafinil.
Unlike traditional amphetamine based stimulants that forces a kind of big release of neurotransmitters, armodafinil works mainly as a selective, weak dopamine reuptake inhibitor (DRI).And which it doesn't force the brain to make more dopamine instead it will blocks the recycling process so existing dopamine will remain active
UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS IN DEPTH
So Armodafinil binds to the dopamine transporter (DAT) on the surface of nerve cells and this will stop the cells from taking up the loose dopamine which will leave higher concentrations of it in the synaptic cleft. This localized increase in dopamine in the prefrontal cortex will boosts attention, and give resistance to mental fatigue or do it's dopamine stuff
It also stimulates the lateral hypothalamus to release orexin (also known as hypocretin), a neuropeptide that controls the brain's clock to stay awake. •Severity: Moderate
•Notes for Consumers: You can take Modafinil with or without most foods. However, Grapefruit-juice and Grapefruit may increase the actions or side effects of Modafinil, which may cause headache, nausea and vomiting, nervousness, difficulty sleeping or other side effects. Do not significantly alter your intake of Grapefruit juice while on Modafinil.
•Notes for Professionals: Grapefruit juice has been reported to decrease the metabolism of drugs that are metabolized via the CYP3A4 isoenzyme; grapefruit juice inhibits CYP3A4 in enterocytes. Because modafinil is significantly metabolized through CYP3A4, patients should be advised to not significantly alter their grapefruit juice ingestion.

Standard dosages ( given by doctor for their patients )
OSA & Narcolepsy: 150 mg to 250 mg taken once daily in the morning.
Shift Work Disorder: 150 mg taken about 1 hour before the start of the work shift.
Missed Dose: Take as soon as you remember, unless it is close to your normal bedtime. Do not double your dose
MY thought go for 150 mg to 250 mg every day taken once in early morning
This drug id fda approved for sleep apnea narcolepsy and shit work disorder this can also be used offlabel for adhd while this is not completely as potent as adderall but this has its use case some how
