i had suboptimal nutrition cos i was in a deficit before, so it’s partly why little progress there, but
what’s the best bicep exercise and tricep exercises?
is nucleus overload a good mention of training of these muscles?

yes i’m aware, but they lack more behind the rest.

do u recommend i compound lift instead of isolation?

bicep you can do single handed preacher curls 3 sets each arm high weight till failure mixed with regular weight hammers and possibly cable curls
triceps try overhead tricep extensions skullcrushers and pulldowns

I only use one exercise for triceps and two for biceps (3 sets for each exercise)

triceps pushdowns for triceps
preacher curls and normal curls for biceps

nucleus overload is bs, preacher curls, dumbell curls, any tricep over head variation, any push down, all to failure and get stronger over time

orc is right ur body as a whole is weak point
train like ur life depends on it
if u dont know what to do go on youtube

no, arms thrive on isolation but you're too small to be thinking it's lacking behind, because everything is lacking.

i agree doing 2 bicep exercises but you should have two tricep exercises too

I'm starvemaxxing rn so I've got no energy for more exercises. 1 exercise is enough for me, I'm sore for atleast 3 days straight rn :forcedsmile:
