arnica cream

just wanted to ask i've been using this arnica cream after bs and also as a kind of face cream alongside aloe vera, in the cream theres arnica ofc , iron and silicon, vitamin E but most excitingly willow and spirea which are the main compounds of salicylic acid so they should treat black heads and acne and there seems to be a good fair amount of this so is this cream actually good and can it actually make my skin clearer and better?

it doesn't clear black heads but it does help acne and make your skin look smoother temporarily. overall its pretty good if you use it 3 to 4 times daily.
