I’ve met him and I was def not looking up. I’m 5’7”. I don’t know what shoes I had on but at most they would raise me a couple inches. We were talking face to face. Maybe he shrank a few inches from his bb days but he was absolutely not 6’ when we met. He likes to wear cowboy boots etc so to in-person some ppl might not get his true height. I think he was wearing those motorcycle boots that have heels but don’t remember for sure. Doesn’t matter. In raised boots or not, he was not looking down on me.

Yes you should 100% start wearing lifts, especially at 5'11. You would be surprised at how many men taller than you wear lifts or shoes that give a significant height boost

Shoot for max 2 inches above your barefoot height including the shoe sole

I wear 1 inch lifts and only own shoes with at least a 1 inch sole, so usually I'm getting around 1.7-1.8 lift when factoring in lift compression due to body weight

I plan on buying some custom 2 inch sole shoes in the future too but they can be a little pricey

I read the theory here years ago that arnold is half slavic cause he is from east austria but didn't have full proof
