Im 16 and i have been consistenly growing my whole life, no growth spurt and im thinking of starting to take aromasin to lower my estrogen, resulting in growth plates closing later in life (6'3 is the goal and im currently 6'0.) What are the side effects (ive been reading threads but they are all different, some say lower iq, and it will worsen my frame, some say amazing for frame and if u take a low dose its safe) so what should i do. Also should i take other natural supplements for health while im on it, if i decide to take.
