.25 of an inch in 15 days, IMO absolutely insane if not a measurement error. I went from 5’10.6 at night to 5’10.85-9 so basically strong 5’11 overall. Natural growth was def involved too

HGH made me feel great, I noticed a significant increase in my HIIT and sprinting’s performance (jfl I was able to sprint for like 20 seconds all out, now I can go one minute+ easily), no effect on endurance training like long distance running though. I felt significant improvement in sleep once I started using HGH but for some reason it stopped, maybe I just don’t notice it anymore. When I used 10iu my joints hurt (before aromasin)

aromasin wise I started with 11mg EOD and didn’t feel shit, so I figured why not increase it to 22mg, I took 22mg yesterday and my joints hurt like fucking crazy, I didn’t have a sudden punch of depression today but I feel much sadder no matter what for no reason even tho I was happy as fuck last few times.

also HGH made my skin smooth but aromasin caused me to break out with some very minor acne (fortunately retinol prevented a full on breakout). I’d still reccomend aromasin just don’t use 22mg use 11 mg EOD, remember HGH speed ups ur growth which ages bone (dyorotic talked about that) and aromasin mitigates it
