Aromasin dosage

Hello I did an estrogen test and it came back as 39.08 pg/ml estradiol. This seems too high, I think I had a bad sleep that night or whatever,

how much should I dose to get to around 12-15 pg/ml? I did a hemogram aswell and it was normal

lol it isn't limited to breastcancer women. It isn't a drug for old people specifically either, rather it's a drug to counter the effects of estrogen, not worth wasting my energy on you thought

it’s not that high. I recommend starting off with 6.25 MG ED/EOD and maybe work your way up to 12.5 mg? I’ve been on 6.25 MG ED for 2 months now and im considering upping it to 12.5 MG.

You can get blood test though so just experiment with both. 25 mg is usually only for super outliers

Thank you bro, that's what I will do, yeah I can get blood tests so i'll just choose whatever fits me best. what did you flatline your levels to? and did you notice any effects? (negative or otherwise)

I couldn’t get blood tests so I just did the hit and trial method.

I didn’t feel any side effects for 2 weeks, then during the 3-5 week period that’s when I started getting head aches, no/really low sex drive, sadder then usual.
After like 5 weeks or like now most of that went away ngl. Also I did get acne but it wasn’t like increased break outs or anything idk if it was from the aromasin because my acne break outs were still pretty small/had no change.

Probally gonna up the dose to 12.5 ED and see how I respond to it
