6.25mg 2-3x a week maybe. You should get blood test but I cbf getting one either tbh.

If you start feeling bitchy and emotional then you probably don't have your AI dose high enough, increase it. Also not a bad move to have cabergoline on hand, if you allow estrogen to stay high for too long it can increase prolactin levels.
