no, as in its used in post menopausal women mostly, as thats the most common bracket of people that get breast / estrogen dependent cancers
and you should be following the clinical trials and their dosages and durations. 1mg adex or 2.5mg letro is used, asin usually is never used and when it is its in 25mg ed.
and this is in kids who are in early-mid puberty, so you would need even more. i use 1.5mg ed adex and i have no sides.

I grew during aromasin if that's what you're asking. obviously I'm not sure if it actually prevented my plates from fusing cuz I can't read my genetic code. I do know that I hadn't grown in 6 months and my estrogen was 35pg/ml and so far I've grown around half an inch from my stack. I think i've been on the gh for a total of like 45 days but i kept fucking up my estrogen and stopping for a while.

So first of all what ever dose you want to take, take it ed and not eod for more stable hormone levels and less side effects.

The mental effects your experienced came most likely from a mix out of stress, uncertainty and hormone fluctuations.
It‘s normal to experience the first week of the use of an Aromatase Inhabitor increased hunger, increased limbido and overall much more energy but also much more tiredness.

The reduction in dose from 6.2mg eod to 3.15mg eod could be ok for me, if you start taking 3.15mg ED.

After changing that I recommend you gradually increasing your dose.
3.15mg is a ok dose to give your body time to get used to the new drug in your system, but by far not enough to have an impact on your E2 levels.

I would go so far to say that if you do not want to go higher with the dose, you should stop the medication completley, because it is useless that way.

Be 7 days on 3.15mg.
Increase after 7-14 days to 6.25mg.
Increase after 7-14 days to 12.mg.
Do a blood test of you E2.
Increase to 20mg if your e2 is not under 20pg/ml.
And so on.

You should understand that it‘s not about the dose you are taking, it is about the Estradiol (E2) levels you'll have.

First you fucking you body hormon balance every 5 days another time.
Second the dose is simply not enough .

If your done blood test and your under 20pg/ml you most likely don‘t need an AI because your estrogen is naturally low for now, this would also explain why you experience harsh side effects after increasing your dose.

Another reason could be that you are somehow hyper responsive, which made the side effects harder and the effect pf the aromatase stronger.

I can only recommend you doing a proper blood test. Changing your dose to something with ED. And finally taking enough to also lower your E2 enough.
