400 mg butea superbea root
so these are things that I already have, but

should I also get pyridostigmine and erda as I already have ok source for them?

you need to use ancillaries to prevent side effects you can't just go on and off randomly and hope for the best just assuming adverse effects will just go away

yes aromasin might counter some however mk677 doesn't directly raise hgh/igf1 levels it does so through ghrelin (the hunger hormone) so it will make you eat like a fatass while on it, it also for some reason spikes prolactin which might cause gyno/other problems so you might want to use a p5p to counteract that. To prevent bloating use a diuretic preferably eplerenone because it has a good side effect profile and works by antagonizing the mineral corticoid receptor and rebalancing the problems in sodium-potassium ratio caused by mk677. You could also use metformin/dihydroberberine to prevent insulin resistance from the mk or you could instead retatrutide which synergistically increases insulin sensitivity and decreases hunger.

you aint really doing shit with the ai dose either tbh, 6.25 asin when your alreaydy 15 is crazy, at that age you should be lowering your e2 signifiantly if you REALLY care about height
