2. Ai alone may make you taller but if you can get on gh then yeh

U can also do igf and gh tests before/after using gh to see if it's legit or bunk
And you can buy an blood glucose test finger prick kit and test blood glucose levels once a week

Yeah that is unfortunately just how it is- I have a seemingly legit source I will be buying from in the summer (hopefully) but sometimes only way to tell is to purchase - if you want it dm
