depends on your body, you can even "crash" e2 since it will come back rq when you blast

i'm not a big fan of aromasin but around 12.5 and 25 should be alr depending on how much you arom.

daily, but i would start doing like 12.5 EOD

25mg EOD before sleep, take them the same time everyday or take it with meals, just has to be the same period of time
