I have been using/consuming the aromatase inhibitor Exemestane for a long time, but I don't know when I should take a break. Please advise

I have been reading about it, and I haven't seen any information about the need for a break (or 'holiday') from the medication. That's probably why I don't feel any side effects, even though I've been taking it for a while

Bro?
Then you didn’t do enough research then.

Either way exemestane is a suicidal inhibitor so it shouldn’t be as bad of a rebound if any at all.
Just in case you could slowly lower the dose before but you should be good.

Also why not use letrozole or arimidex

because the exam is better for research and there is no cancellation effect. I've been on it for less than a month, but I don't feel bad, but I've read it and I'll probably take a break for a month. Thank you for your reply
