I have used Letrozole at low dosages (0.5-0.625mg) EOD and has worked well for me. I haven’t had any significant issues with my libido (actually upsides in bed) the only thing I noticed was my mood for the first 2 weeks was more aggressive than usual but got resolved fairly quickly. Some sources could sell Letro for 50-100$ and last u years.
