AI like aromasin are actually used for cancer. There are no scientifically studies that prove aromasin helps with growth.

The side effects however are risky

Please send some studies and articles

Well they used growth hormone too.

So are kids really buying and self administering AIs nowadays lol. Low estrogen has a ton of bad effects.

These are not long-term effects, so you might as well try to experiment with them and continue or stop depending on the side effects you are experimenting.

>No significant side effects were observed. AI treatment, especially when used in association with GH was able to improve growth and the attainment of familial target height.

they had 96 adolescents on 2.5mg letrozole daily (or 1mg Anastrozole which i assume is equivalent), with half of them also on 0.05 mg/kg recombinant human growth hormone for 1-3.5 years and not a single patient had a significant side effect? that sounds really good tbh. How much did they actually grow on average though? the full text is $48 sadly
here are some other studies

>Combination therapy with AI/GH increases height potential in pubertal boys with ISS more than GH and AI alone treated for 24-36 months with a strong safety profile.

>Anastrozole increases adult height potential of adolescent boys on GH therapy while maintaining normal pubertal progression after 2-3 yr. This treatment offers an alternative in promoting growth in GH-deficient boys in puberty. Long-term follow up is needed to elucidate fully the safety and efficacy of this approach

>The use of aromatase inhibitors (AI) in boys with short stature has showed its capability to improve the predicted final height.

I haven't tried AIs yet, so I'm not going to make a final judgment, but I think that right now some users around here, on this forum, abuse with the side effects of AIs, in reality, I doubt that the side effects of AIs are really significant for most people.

Otherwise logically I think they did not grow directly from the AI, it only helped to avoid the progress of plates fusion and thus allowed a more significant growth than if they had taken nothing.

This study is very interesting: https://www.endo.theclinics.com/article/S0889-8529(09)00051-6/fulltext

> +4.5(1.2) cm and +6.7 (1.4) cm after 2 and 3 years respectively, as compared with +1cm at both time points in the placebo group

from just 2.5mg daily letrozole as a monotherapy in healthy pubertal males

>It is important to emphasize that it takes at least 2 to 3 years of daily treatment to observe positive effects in height prognosis.

There's a brazilian heightmaxxer guy who says to take daily Letrozole 2.5g, Strontium ranelate 10g, Doxycycline 200mg and 0 Calcium for a year; and another year take Letrozole 2.5g, Doxycycline 200mg, HGH, Meclozine, Lead acetate and 0 Calcium. Afters those 2 year you take Letrozole and start consuming Calcium again.

According to him, doing this the growth plate would not close.

But my IQ is too low to understand half of the words in his sources.

Thanks for the link I’ll be reading this later. Just from the abstract it looks like this was done on younger teenagers, I wonder how well it would work if at all with a more advanced bone age.

So nobody is scared of bone density loss?
