i’m currently on 2.5mg of cjc no dac+ipa a week 16yo around 181-183cm barefoot
i was wondering if i should take hgh+ai or if i should just keep taking gh secretagogues without ai since from what i know estrogen/estradiol is very important for bone mineral density and neurological development
what do you think

gh secretagogues are useless bro just use hgh with ai low dosage on the ai and monitor your e2 levels to ensure no early growth plate closure

how often should i get blood work done for my e2 and what should i keep it at? i chatgptd it and it says about 10-40 pg/mL
also if i do decide to get on somatropin i probably won’t be able to stay on it for long cause it’s hella expensive from reputable sources and i’m not planning on buying bullshit from the grey market

if GH secretagogues raise IGF-1, they raise aromatase indirectly. that does push bone age up. if bone age jumps faster than your plates can keep up, growth stops early. you're not out of puberty yet, acting like your growth is already done is delusional

yeah but wouldn’t growth still happen to the normal extent it would’ve closed at just later? since igf-1 is the main hormone which causes osteoblast proliferation
i think it would close them prematurely if i got on exogenous igf-1/gh but with cjc you’re producing your own gh

Okay guess what is needed to finalise the ossification? Estrogen. If theres not enough of the needed material to ossify the epiphyses there wont be any major or any slight ossification. On aromatase inhibitors it doesn’t make a singular change it just puts your chondrocytes into the hypertrophic phase quicker, you don’t lose any possible height gain.
