Aromatase inhibitors to counter fin sides

Has anyone used ar inhibitors to reduce chance of sides from fin? I’ve heard a lot about how they pretty much prevent the chance of sexual sides.

i think fin sides comes from reducing 5ar which produces other stuff but for the estrogen related side effects an ai would help
