Aromatase inhibitors without anything else

My plates are gonna close soon probably in like 6-12 months and i cant afford a good stack right now. I have some anastrozole on hand and I also dont have bloodwork for estrogen. Should i do adex and what dosage would you recommend(i know its not going to be accurate it might crash e2) Can tamoxifen be an alternative to not get the sides from low e2?

Don't take it, estrogen is just as important as the other hormone to develop

You will probably make everything just worse

Uhh actually keeping estrogen low, but not tooooo low slows down plate closing because estrogen is ehat closes it. Keep it low using ais

Lets say youre 14 and your plates are opem, you get regular blood work tests to monitor your estrogen levels and keep them on the very lower end of somewhat safe. Youll prob gain some good height maybe even 3 inches

Nah kids ok HGH since 4 only get an extra 2 usually so just a ai won’t change a lot on less I have a serious defianecy
