What is the best dose of aromatese inhibitors for a 16 year old I’m talking about letrazole give me the best DOSE

Look bro your 16 so I’m assuming ur growth plates are open and ur taking an AI to keep them that way

If you take letrozole and then stop taking it, the estrogen that you blocked will suddenly flood in your endocrine system all at once and a much greater amount and can actually cause your growth plates to close.

If you take Aromasin, which is another AI, that doesn’t happen. The estrogen doesn’t rebound and so if u stop taking Aromasin, your estrogen levels won’t explode they will just go back to normal and ur plates won’t close.

So yeah I would just take Aromasin. Take like either 6.25mg or 12.5mg every 3ish days.
