Does anyone know when the best time to start taking aromitase inhibitors is or if I should just hop on straight away I’m currently 14

well if u gonna take ai becuse of too much estrogen you should start taking it when u feel high esterogen signs

Yeah whenever tbh, jus take aromasin or arimidex. Prob aromasin for now as it is more sparing on the brain and u arent experienced nor knowledgable id guess.

Why?

you’ll be able to have a bit more knowledge and there is more data on mid/late puberty(15/16+) so you it’s easier to gather informations and prevent sides

plus ai without something that actually makes you grow more or faster (test, hgh, androgens..) makes them pretty fucking wasted or underused

ai without anything will make u grow slower potentially but slightly raise dht and test which is good for growth. E2 is the main cause to ur growth plates closing.
