It depends on the race. If you're white early twenties or earlier is common.

Actually its mostly genetic. Mens hairline can receed at any Age. Usually tho its through Puberty and Hair loss is also linked with High T, so if your fathers hairline isnt cooked yours prob wont be too.

Was not blackpilled + buzzcut user + shut-in during Covid with no human contact outside shop clerks

It takes some time for your eyes to get used to detecting it. It is brutal to see some old pictures and videos and notice the thinning when you thought there was no problem before. I think people underestimate this.
