I believe the only reason Xhaka gets supported by various managers is because of the halo effect. Him being tall, handsome and confident makes people believe that he is competent at his job, when he fucking isn't.

Same with Arteta. He' s a good looking coach, so he doesn't get nearly as much hate as the rat-faced Emery despite having much worse results.

mourinho havent been good in a long time(even though he won the europea league with united in 2017), klopp got mainz 05 in the bundesliga for the first time ever in the club history, made bvb and liverpool champions when they havent won anything in a long time
