It's supposed to help digestion, intestinal motility and cure all sorts of digestive problems(IBS, SIBO, gastritis, liver problems, etc.), there's a very long clip with this guy who claims he tried every possible treatment and only artichoke and ginger cured him, the comments are also very interesting...

my supplement says 4500mg per capsule and to take 2 capsules , I wanted to take it to treat my acne (liver detox ) , if I have the goal of detox how much should I take?

I don't know man, you need to experiment and see what it does for you, I've taken hundreds of different supplements over many years and most of them didn't do anything...
