This article is actually quite good. A few buzzwords here and there but at least it doesn't completely mischaracterise incels like other articles do and they at least actually acknowledge the fact that they don't yet fully understand incel community yet.

It's not like there's a goal or somethn like that. You have incels who are right wing, incels who are left wing and incels who are communists. You have incels who think that Jews control the world and incels who don't. Literally the only thing that incels have in common is that they're virgins who are aware of the importance of looks. Every "incel attack" done by an incel is for their own personal reasons. You can't even call it an incel attack when the majority of incels don't even approve of supposed incels committing terrorism anyway.

The funny thing about the Plymouth shooting was that 1. the police allowed a mentally ill individual to obtain a gun and 2. it shows how bad the mental health system is in the UK. His mother repeatedly asked for help from mental health professionals and was ignored on all occasions.
Genuinely how did he actually get a gun though? I didn't even know that was possible until he of all people is allowed to obtain one and then shoots a load of people.

He applied for a gun permit and the police gave it to him. Guns are allowed under certain situations such as pest control and recreational gun sports but they're meant to be really rare.
