Thanks, it might sound stupid, but do don’t know hoe many fintess influencers are saying that they are not bad and some are even saying eating fruits is aquivalent to esting candy, because of the sugar.

It is so a stupid argument from this greedy fitness influencers, so you buy their products.

Not discrediting fitness influencers but anyone can go to the gym for 3 years and start spewing nonsense and people will beleive them because of their big muscles. This isn’t always the case but it often is. They also may be opinionated so do your own research always
