A few months ago I discovered something called bone traction. Doctors do it to lengthen bones that have fractures. with pulleys that stretch the bone and break it, causing it to gain more length when it recover.
Do you think this can be done at home without becoming invalid?

If you could fracture the bone by pulling it sharply in a specific direction it would eventually break and lengthen with the proper technique

Yes u can do traction at home. No fractures tho
