The point of this training is to replicate the training of the ancient Aryans in central asia.

- Javelin Throws: 5x30 (5 sets of 30 throws), rest 1-2 minutes between sets
- Sprints: 4-6x50-100m, rest 2-3 minutes between sprints
- Jumping/Plyometrics: 3x10 (3 sets of 10 reps), rest 1-2 minutes between sets

Ancient Aryans were mainly pastoralists, that relied heavily on raw milk and dairy, their diet also contributed to their great bone mass and great stature.

1. **Raw Milk**: 2 cups per day (can be consumed as is or used to make yogurt or cheese)
2. **Beef**: 6 ounces per day (lean cuts like sirloin or tenderloin)
3. **Nuts**: 1 ounce per day (about a handful, mixed nuts such as almonds, walnuts, and cashews)
4. **Berries**: 1 cup per day (mixed berries like strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
