I have been eating ten a day for about a month now haven’t seen the much difference bone structure and test wise that is maybe cause I’m 19

try eating them before bed. and focus on eating the egg yolk. although your 19 it is still very beneficial to do. it may not feel like it’s doing much but keep doing it

I eat 8-14 egg yolks a day lol, i throw the white out or cook it in butter sometimes.

They fixed my acne. Like I didn't have visible acne, you'd have to get close in my face to see, but I had slight acne on my forehead, forehead only, and a few weeks or maybe even like 1-2 weeks, that acne was gone. It was very slight acne but the eggs made it go away completely. It's because of the retinoid inside yolk, something that is plenty times stronger than vitamin a.

You don't wanna take that risk tbh, biotin is important for metabolism, skin, hair, nails. Just cook them or throw them out completely

How many raw eggs should you be consuming everyday to improve cheekbones and overall bone structure definition? Also, does eating too many raw eggs cause damage to the kidneys? Or is it only with red meat?

That’s more linked to excessive consumption of organs such as liver, they have abnormal levels of every vitamin you can possibly think of which is good if you are deficient but not recommended to eat it every day

I'm currently eating fresh never frozen raw beef brain. My diet is the primal diet by Aajonus Vonderplanitz. And yes you'll increase bone density eating this way.
