CONTEXT: I was hired during a period where this mcdonalds was desperate for people so I was fortunately let in after about 3 previous failed interviews at other entry level fast food places, Ive been pushed into a managerial role at this job and was had to attend a class

Now the topic of covid inhibiting social skills for the next generation was brought up and an honest question was asked, "If a crew member has a hard time picking up on social queues and socializing what can be done to help them get better in these aspects and do better at the job?" A good question but a challenging one admittedly but it was met with a swift answer from the instructor, "If I noticed these traits during the interviewing process I wouldnt hire them."

This is advice from the 6th highest ranking person at this franchisee organization telling future managers to not hire autists. An entry level job, commonly regarded as a place for people to grow physically, mentally and socially is entirely locked off for the most oppressed group of western youth: autists.

Now the average normie is incredibly adept at face reading, one glance and maybe a listen to your voice and theyve subconsciously profiled you as normal or autistic. If youve ever struggled in the interview process, along with an overinflated number of people applying for these shitty positions because of immigrants your chances drop even lower if you can be profiled as an autist.

Why even try as an autist if you cant nepo your way into an entry level job jfllllllllll this is the way the jews damn the master race to seclusion and suicide

Completely correct OP

I’ll also add that high-functioning autistic unemployment rate is higher than that of schizophrenics
