You are NOT a man if you are under 6'1, you are a "man"let because you are too short to fit in that requirement of be biologically a human man. If you are under 6'1 you fit closer to a subhuman dwarf than a man.
And if you are under 6'1 but above 5'9 in particular you should NOT wear flat shoes at any given moment when you are outside, you should instead put a fuck ton of lifts inside them with your basketball shoes or boots so you will not considered as a "man"let.
