30+ here. I wish I spend that time with my friends familly and girls. And generally doing things that young people do, like making out with a girlfriend under the stars. Taking a young, tight, hot-bodied girls virginity, pulling out to cum all over her back and have her look in your eyes and say "I love you".
This is what you should be doing as a young man, instead of lifting metal in a basement facility that people in medieval times would think is a torture chamber. You should be drinking with your firends and making memories instead of eating canned tuna and cottage cheese.
Such a useless waste, even "moneymaxxing" would bring more benefit than lifting man made metal in a man made gym for absolutely no reason, like a slave.
Gymcelling is literally one of the most depressing things human being can endure.

you don't need to spend more than 5hours/week in the gym with an effective routine. I see don't see those hours as wasted when you consider they help you stay in good-shape, physically healthy, and bodily attractive.

What I see as hours wasted, is the hours I spend wageslaving. Those are the hours that seem so pointless to me because it gives me nothing except some shekkels in my bank-acount.

I feel amazing and look good because I kept my health in order. I mog dudes half my age, who look terrible, have terrible sleep, and are miserable in life.

Meditating between sets is the biggest high you can get, because you get a mixture of the endorphins surge and deep calm tranquility. Plus it gives you energy for the rest of the day, and any hobbies or goals you have.

You don't have to spend hours in the gym everyday, a quick intense 20-30 minute workout is all you need.

over the top cringe, yet they still only represent a minority of the Fitness Industry.Most of us including
myself simply go the Gym to build/maintain a healthy physique/lifestyle

of at least been more accurate to say that Gymcel culture is just becoming super cringe which I totally agree

spending 5hours a week in the gym is not preventing you from experiencing any of those things.
If anything it is helping you achieve these things by feeling and looking better.

To me it sounds like you are in some sort of coping-mode. I suggest you really take a step-back and think of what is the real reason why you are not experiencing the intimate social-interaction which you seek. Be nice to yourself and try to find some ways to change the way you live life right now.

Also some bigger legs wouldn't hurt at all, but you can do those even just by biking, walking, running or playing soccer, so they have nothing to do with the gym in general..

If you work out 1hr a day and spend 3mins rest in between sets (most optimal), you can only really do 12 sets
If you spend 3 sets per exercise you can only do 4 exercises

If you do PPL split then you saying only to do 1 exercise per muscle group whenever you work out?

Minimum guys should spend 1.5-2hrs in the gym daily or they either havent done the workouts efficiently or enough

It depends on how hard you push yourself. The guys spending 1.5-2hrs in the gym could have pushed themselves harder.

If you do it right, you'll fatigue every muscle in under an hour.

I do:
3 sets of squats.
3 sets of overhead press.
3 sets of lat-pulldown
3 sets of bench-press.
Then I do a superset of 3 sets of hanging leg-raises with 3-sets of an extra exercise for my chest/back/shoulders/arms(i pick one).
Then I do another superset of 3 sets of neck-training with 3-sets of an extra exercise for my chest/back/shoulders/arms(i pick one).

I also do warmup sets for all of these, but that's just 1 set of lower-weight with 1 minute rest only before the main sets.

After all this is finished I then do 15mins of high-intensity cardio.

Now my workout is done. This all takes 90-120mins in total depending on how focussed I am.

I do this 3 times per week.
You really don't need more than this.

I do extra stretches at home, say another 30-60mins per week just for mobility exercises.

It's good stuff.

Closer to 30 than I'd like, no regret on the gym but I could have spent less time on it, less obsession with meals/supplements and bulking, and less gear and I'd look better and be more fulfilled now

You have to look at the effort vs reward. In my opinion you should just do it 3x a week for an hour only. 3h a week is negligible and it will help maintain health/looks. Going every single day for more than an hour is just cucked shit and total waste of time.

Gym is torture by definition, nobody finds it fun.
Just ask yourself if you are the only person left in the world would you still be gymcelling?
