All it takes to leanmaxx is putting the fork down. People who can't even do that will never have the discipline and dedication required to do any other looksmax

depends if you have a strong core. You can see them at 15-16% but for most people it’s 10-14%
I said that bc I’m assuming at that point my face will be at its leanest. So I’m aiming for 10-11% bf

It also depends on metabolism

Ur metabolism works faster probably and ur also young still a teenager so ur at ur leanmax prime

Tho what did u do exactly just a calorie deficit?

Calorie deficit on full carnivore. I also take 25mcg T4 daily forgot to mention that. Its a thyroid hormone so yeah my metabolism is also slightly faster in theory

Retard I was always 12-15% bf. I came fresh out of a giga bulk last 2 weeks. More progress and mogging than you’ll ever experience in ur life unless ur stats are better than mine

I mean yeah maybe some slight adjustments. But understand I’m literally on no carb for almost 2 weeks, haven’t cheated once. This is gonna be easy

I'm hoping the weightloss will be at a consistent rate but I doubt it

Im stuck at around 14% BFP and I consume a lot of carbs, would less carbs help do you think?

I feel like a lot of people lack the intrinsic motivation to leanmaxx because they haven't taste the other side of life yet. I leanmaxxed way before I knew what blackpill was because even in my normie/redpill days I knew the power of having a nice body. I've seen women display the most primal lust for me because of my body.

I’m 3 weeks in on 2000 cals and 20k steps per day, shit is hard but the results will be worth it.

I agree, but there's no need to go to 12%. If your face doesn't look good at 15% you're probably just ugly lol. I personally don't think that there's a significant face gain from 15 to 12%.

Depends on fat distribution, most of my fat goes to my stomach so it’s true for me that 15% - 12% makes 0 difference.

I also look 10x more bloated on carbs/sodium at 145lbs than I do at 165lbs no carbs/sodium.
