If you do MSE you have to do MSDO as well

i know, im trying to get a mse i have an rpe in rn, 7mm expansion, and if that doesn’t work then ill get marpe which is smth i rlly don’t want. just need mse and yea, but i’ve heard msdo relapses pretty quickly thats what i’ve heard from my ortho
