thanks, i can elaborate, bonesmashing is used in my experience as a bump, i do it every day before going out or seeing friends etc, with time it really affects bones more likely in the zygomatic area giving a more defined jaw, and thumbpulling i do it 6 times a day with 2 hour of sepparation every set, idk if it works but since that i feel like mi side looks better and maxxila is wider, maybe it was all puberrty but my live in general is very healthy
