I’m still a teenager, but I was wondering — is there any way to maintain forward growth through peptides or other means? And what would I need to do to fully ascend to chatlite status?
Here’s my current stack/routine for ideal bone growth, skin health, and lowering cortisol:
Supplements:
- Zinc 50mg
- Ashwagandha (high grade) 400mg
- Vitamin C 500mg
- Magnesium 500mg
- Omega-3s 2500mg
- Salicylic acid cleanser
- 2% salicylic acid
- Niacinamide
- Hyaluronic acid
- Collagen moisturizer
- Sunscreen (daily, for collagen preservation)
- Salicylic acid cleanser
- 0.5% retinol
- Niacinamide
- Hyaluronic acid
- Collagen moisturizer
- Very active — lifting, surfing, soccer
- Always wearing sunscreen but keep a light tan (look way better tan, would tan everyday if it didnt mean aging)
- Sleep 9–10 hrs a night, consistently
- Whole foods diet — zero sugar or refined carbs because they trigger insane breakouts. If I didn’t have acne, I’d eat like trash ngl
Any advice to optimize further? I’m trying to stay natural but maximize aesthetics while I still can, I feel like I struggled with chin projection, but may just be genetics.
Question:
Any peptide recs to enhance forward growth (CJC-1295, TB-500, etc.)? Anyone tried bio-modulators or anything off-label to delay epiphyseal closure or stimulate sutural growth?

- Peptides
- Natural GH boosters
- Anything that delays fusion / promotes aesthetic bone structure
