I asked how to ascend, and people told me either to hardmax, reincarnate, or wait until the end of puberty. No real advice on how to glow up. Does anyone have any damn real advice?

Not a bad base decent harmony actually. Just lack lower third projection and width a lot which should come in with puberty and correct chewing and nutrition. Could look into tret and other skincare stuff.

Most people have slight asymmetry, you could try sleeping on your back more and being aware of the side you sleep on.

Running is good for you ofc but I'd recommend sports and competition in general more. Great for development

Anything that gets you below 10% body fat you should be doing, lean is law

Don’t bone smash it just creates asymmetrical swelling not actual bone growth
