186, and 63 last time i weighed, might have risen tho since im on a really lean bulk now

yeah you really have to gain some weight high protein and above 500 calories above your maintanance wont make your face fatty if you wont consume sodium/sugar

200 over maint currently just to be safe and 2.2g protein per kg of bw, 5x gym during the week since its summer break, just weighed myself ive gained almost 2kgs, yes some could be water weight but going well rn already seeing results
