2.Get all the stuff: quality food, haircut , skincare, makeup , gym membership, dental treatments, steroids, peptides,skin treatments, hair treatments,hair transplants, brow transplants fillers,surgeries whatever stuff that will ascend you do it.
3.Fix all areas of health , start by going to the hospital and get your health checked
4.go to a therapist
5.fix your wardrobe: find the most female gazed style or look up characters from anime/movies/series/Tv shows/News/Fashion models...etc, the character you chose must have atleast your skin color and tone ,hair texture and features.
6.if you're bald/balding: hop on Dutasteride 2.5mg daily and oral minoxidil 2.5mg for life whether with tablets or topical (0.03 approximately) immediately, if you balded already either you build a strong chad masculine bone structure and compensate for your lack of hair or you get a hair wig or hair system which is more realistic and harder to pull.
