drink a normal amount of water per day * your weight * 30ml = normal L a day, so you will remove the swelling and restore the skin condition, it will give more angularity,for harmony, make up your eyebrows or go on minoxidil, but maybe you know that it only works during the course, after it stops everything will come back, also change your hairstyle and if you want, you can go to the gym otherwise you are fine
