I was way too vague let me fix ts </3
Your main failos are your chin and your puffiness, you can't do much for chin unless you grow a goatee, or get fillers/implants
your puffiness is either bodyfat or bloat/inflammation
you must thicken your eyebrows and lashes with castor/rosemary oil or minoxidil
you should grow a goatee for your chin it's the best option though it might not fit your style and your long hair androgenic alt archetype
