I have an ok base but my eye area completely ruins it, are there any actual ways to get PCT or is it all just bs? I've heard so many different things and i dont know what to believe

No, most of the people who claimed they fixed their "NCT" were fat or had a shit angle

For example (not me) this isn't nct he is just fat with eyebags doesnt help that his lashes are downturned
