While I’m on my way to ascend my gym buddy he’s 18 5’6 230 around 40%bf had to look out for him gonna get him on 200mg test c and 2mg reta I bought it with my order hope to help him ascend he’s obv not super hard core about it but I hope I can just make him mtn at most probably will introduce him to soft maxes once he’s lost some weight height boosters most likely conzuris with added inserts and some hair and eyebrow dye will update in 3 months
